All the numbers from FC Barcelona's 1-1 draw in the second leg of Copa Del Rey vs Valencia

After drawing 1-1 in Valencia on Wednesday night, Barça have made it through to the Copa del Rey final for an impressive sixth time in eight years. In the process, Luis Enrique's team created a record by being unbeaten in 29 straight games.


Here are some of the numbers from this game:

  • Sergi Roberto completed 83 passes against Valencia, more than in any other game this season (all competitions).
  • Barcelona broke the previous club record that was held by Pep Guardiola's 2010-11 team for the longest unbeaten streak.

  • A total of 11 Barcelona players have scored during the record streak, along with two own goals from their opponents. Barca's top scorer in this stretch has been Luis Suarez with 30 goals, all on shots from inside the box.
  • Barcelona failed to register a shot on target in the first half of a game for the 3rd time this season (Espanyol & Villanovense).
  • Barcelona, as a whole, have completed a total of 17,122 passes inthe 29-game run. That is more than 10,000 more than their opponents have totaled in that span (7,005). Alves leads the team with 1,507 passes completed.
  • Barcelona have scored at least one goal in their last 14 Copa del Rey matches against Valencia.
  • Álvaro Negredo has scored 6 goals for Valencia on 2016, only 2 fewer than he netted on whole 2015 (all competitions).
  • Sergi Roberto completed 47 of his 49 passes, at least 26 more than any Valencia player in the first half.
